Safety in all we do.
Safety is a priority for all Geeding Construction, Inc. employees and workers across all projects. As part of this, we work in compliance with all OSHA guidelines and our written HSE manual. Our focus on continuous training means every employee knows and adheres to all safety policies and procedures. In addition, our safety team routinely conducts on-site inspections, assisting field personnel with safety-related concerns and ensuring a safe work environment, free of any and all hazards.
The safety of our employees, our customers, the environment, and the communities where we work is our top priority. Our goal is that our employees return home safely to their families.
As part of our commitment to safety, we established the 200% Awareness Program to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do. This philosophy encompasses:
- Reporting near misses to help us identify and correct any potential safety hazards.
- Observing behavior, identifying positives and constantly engaging others to create safe solutions.
- Being flexible and ready to work safer and change as needed.
- Using common sense and good judgment before every action taken.
We strive to be good stewards of the environment, both in the field and in the office setting.
Our corporate social responsibility.
Geeding Construction, Inc. is committed to the health and safety of our people and our environment. We encourage employees to stay safe in all they do and to take care of themselves and their coworkers, providing them with access to safety and health-related resources. Likewise, we strive to be good stewards of the environment, both in the field and in the office setting. We believe it is our responsibility and moral obligation to protect it.

Training first and often.
Expertly trained, highly skilled employees provide the highest-quality services to our customers. Safety training at Geeding begins the day an employee is hired and is specific to their role and expected tasks. Each employee must successfully complete the NCCER Abnormal Operating Conditions and Pipeline Maintenance Technician Assessment as well as all required performance verifications, an on-the-job training session and other training dependent on customer requirements.
"Outstanding job. We greatly appreciate all of the Geeding team’s efforts to successfully complete this work ahead of schedule and without incident."
Our NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) Approved Training Facility offers training and assessments in a wide array of areas. This includes a functioning 8” pipeline mock-up for hands-on interactive training in addition to traditional classroom instruction and computer-based testing to administer performance verifications on-site.
Our team of qualified safety personnel is proud to extend our training services to other companies. For more information on scheduling availability and pricing, please call 636.462.9137 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
