Safety Is a Shared Experience

Our commitment to safety involves empowering each and every employee to be an active participant in their well-being and that of their colleagues. We provide the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary for everyone to contribute to a safe work environment. At Geeding Construction, we foster a culture where individuals feel not just responsible for their safety but empowered to identify and address potential risks.

Geeding employees participate in an extensive Near-Miss Program, timely Safety Surveys, weekly Conference Calls, and annual Safety Initiatives. When we all contribute to a culture of Safety, we build a workplace that's not only resilient but also a place where everyone feels supported, knowing that their well-being is a shared priority.

Dedicated to Safety and Training:

The Geeding Safety and Training department ensures that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a secure environment. We develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, keeping us up-to-date on the latest industry standards, and conducting regular training sessions; including HAZWOPERs, OSHA courses, First Aid/CPR and much more.

Our training facility has been approved by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and allows our experienced safety team the ability to conduct pipeline Operator Qualifications as well as annual refresher training.  Whether it's through workshops, drills, or informative materials, Geeding’s Safety and Training department plays a crucial role in building a resilient and well-prepared team.
